I appreciated the friendly staff and the modern rooms which offered fantastic views from windows on three walls. the room rate of £76 was reasonable.

The White Post exceeded my expectations with its value for money. The recently decorated room had nice furnishings and a modern, clean bathroom. The surrounding countryside view from the large restaurant windows added to the charm. The staff, particularly Nick on front of house and the duty chef, were personable and efficient. a warm and friendly hotel with ample free parking.
More breakfast choices would have made the stay even better.

The value for money at this hotel is incredible. The prices may be a little higher than some nearby establishments, but the standard of the food is definitely worth every penny.

We spent our New Year's Eve at a lovely venue that offered a stunning view of the surrounding countryside. the food was top-notch, with an extensive selection to choose from. the highlight of the night was their offer for a 10-course tasting menu that was very reasonably priced. Plus, they had their own gin! We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and excellent service of the staff.
That the venue is a bit far from the nearest town or city, so we had to drive quite a distance to get there. the prices were a bit higher compared to other local establishments, but the quality of the food more than made up for it.
